1. Delivery Method

All products on Gashix are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive:

• An email with secure download links
• Access to your downloads through your account dashboard

2. Delivery Time

Download links are typically available within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, payment verification may take up to 24 hours.

3. Download Limits

Each product purchase includes a maximum of 3 download attempts per product. Download links expire after 72 hours. If you need additional downloads, please contact support.

4. File Formats

Products are primarily delivered in PDF format unless otherwise specified. Ensure your device can open the specified file format before purchase.

5. Access Issues

If you experience issues accessing your downloads, first check your account orders page. If problems persist, contact our support team with your order number.
