Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Gashix are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed or the download link has been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened after multiple attempts
• The product description was significantly misleading
• Technical issues prevented successful download (and support could not resolve)
• Duplicate charges occurred due to technical errors

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@gashix.com with your order number and reason for the request.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with your software (check requirements before purchase)
• Purchases made more than 7 days ago
• Products that have already been downloaded and used

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
